BILDLABOR Kleistpark — this is the name of the new building for the Hegenbarth Collection Berlin, set to be completed by 2027. It will offer extensive space for our experimental outreach program. Until then, we are testing the development of our future collaborative formats in the event series BILDLABOR.

In the BILDLABOR for the current exhibition Caspar David Friedrich — Found in Translation, registered guests have the opportunity, during special opening hours, to select additional original works from the collection to complement the exhibition. Under expert guidance, participants gain insights into the curatorial process and collaboratively develop criteria for a targeted selection through mutual exchange.

First session: Friday, January 17, 2025, from 7 to 9 PM — fully booked!
Second session: Wednesday, February 26, 2025, from 7 to 9 PM
